ANAB JAIN (RDI)Co-Founder, Creative Director

Hanna is a Writer and Researcher at Superflux.
Coming from a Cultural Studies background, she is interested in how we perceive and negotiate structures and their limits. Examining the feedback loops that form between our material reality and collective imagination, Hanna hones in on how art and design can intervene on behalf of alternative frameworks, and un-rut imaginative thinking. With a certification in yoga teaching, and a background in Muay Thai, she is deeply curious about somatic intelligence. This curiosity informs her research and her writing, instilling it with reverence for embodied storytelling and the desire to connect the mind and the body.
At Superflux, Hanna brings her interdisciplinary experience into the studio’s rigorous research practice, working alongside the team to distill the ambition and complexity behind the studio’s design thinking into audience-facing communication.
Hanna holds a BA from Leiden University in International Studies, and an MA from Cultural Studies at Goldsmiths, where she zeroed in on the intersections of ideology, affect, and visual culture. She has recently assisted on the upcoming book Designing Questions from Design Investigations at Applied University of Vienna, and completed a personal project Happiness, a short film she produced, wrote and directed.
