Andy is the Strategy & Partnerships Lead at Superflux.

Working closely with co-Founders Anab and Jon, Andy helps shape Superflux’s mission-led services while stewarding our long-term relationships with partners, networks and communities.

Previously Head of Regenerative Design at the Royal Society of the Arts (RSA) and Strategy & Experience Director at design transformation studio Clearleft, he advocates for a more strategic and thoughtful use of design, creativity, culture and systems thinking in business.

Through a recent burst of study and (un)learning with School of System Change, Terra.do and School of Critical Design, he’s convinced that the organisations who will thrive throughout the 21st century will be those nurturing collaborative advantage to achieve transformative change towards purposeful innovation.

Andy is a Fine Arts graduate and member of the Long Now Foundation, the Green Party and an RSA Fellow, fascinated by and curious about rewilding, imaginative play, game design and bioregionalism. Andy lives with his more-than-human canine companion Mia in a bungalow in the burbs of Brighton and can be found walking in the South Downs daydreaming of ecological revolution.
